From the 17th December 2021, we will no longer trade from the ERF Ilkeston branch.
This decision is part of a wider plan to ensure that we can offer our customers and electrical installers, the ability to be within 20 minutes of an ERF branch at all times, within the Midlands.
The team working at Ilkeston; Andy, Jon and Jonny, will continue to work within ERF and will be moving to alternative locations. They can still be reached using their existing contact details.
Customer orders for ERF Ilkeston will continue to be despatched from our East Midlands Distribution Centre in Nottingham and we will still offer collection and rapid response deliveries.
As we head into the new year, we are also very excited to provide you with a new ERF website, where you can place orders for click and collect or delivery, check stock and manage your account, online, 24/7.

“As 2022 moves ever closer, we have a clear strategy to enhance our customer service offer over the coming months and years. Imminently, we launch our long awaited B2B online trading platform. This will open up direct access to company stock levels, pricing, electronic order placing and full account management. As well as our state-of-the-art online fulfilment centre in Mansfield, ease of Click & Collect via our network of Midlands based Sales Centres is key. One of our main objectives in the foreseeable future is to expand our network of trade counters, to ensure all installers working in the Midlands region are within a 20-minute journey time of an ERF Sales Centre
Whilst looking for new business units within strategically identified new areas for ERF, we also recognise we have an over populated area of the Midlands in Derby, Ilkeston, and Nottingham. Therefore, our Ilkeston team and trade counter will be relocated to a more suitable location in the midlands, thus enhancing our Click & Collect offering.”
