Hopefully, you will be fully satisfied with the goods which you purchase from us, however if you ever need to request a return or a refund, the below policy sets out guidance on what you should do if a product which you have bought from us is faulty or you wish to return it.Returns informationNon-faulty goodsIf you wish to return an item, then you have 30 days to do so, from the date of purchase. Products should be returned in their original undamaged packaging and with proof of purchase.Once we receive the item back that you wish to be refunded for, we will then either issue a credit note, exchange or refund, These refunds are at the discretion of the branch manager.Faulty or damaged goodsIf you have faulty or damaged goods then please notify us as soon as possible. Please return all the affected items to the branch, either in person or via arranging delivery. Customers will incur the cost of returning items but this can be reimbursed at the discretion of the branch manager.Please include a copy of your invoice with all returns and we will aim to process a refund, exchange or account credit as quickly as possible.Goods purchased onlineIf you require a refund for something you bought online from the ERF website, you may request a refund by contacting info@erfelectrical.co.uk and requesting a refund authorisation.
